PROCESS OF OUR WORK

1 DESIGN AND PLANNING

Our process begins with the design and planning phase, where we collaborate with our designers and client to create sketches, patterns, and prototypes. This stage involves selecting materials, determining production quantities, and planning the manufacturing process.

2 PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY

Once the design is finalized and materials are sourced, the production phase commences. This involves cutting fabric based on patterns, stitching pieces together, and assembling the garment. Quality control checks are implemented throughout this stage to ensure that each garment meets the right standards.

3 FINISHING AND PACKAGING

After assembly, garments go through finishing processes such as pressing, trimming loose threads, and adding final touches. The completed garments are then carefully packaged for distribution. This includes labelling, tagging, and organizing the garments for shipping to buyers, marking the end of the manufacturing process.
